Sisterhood Travel Softball

Built Different. Built Together.

Travel Softball

Sisterhood Softball is a development-focused girls softball program in Easton, Massachusetts, created to build confident athletes, competitive teams, and a true sense of belonging.

Built as a sister program to Worcester Union, Sisterhood brings together high-level training, intentional team culture, and a long-term player development model for athletes across Southeast Massachusetts.

More Than a Team

Sisterhood Softball is more than a travel program. It is a place where athletes are developed with purpose, challenged to grow, and connected to something bigger than themselves. Every part of the program is built around accountability, competition, support, and long-term development.

From the very beginning, Sisterhood is designed to create a true pipeline for girls softball in the region. With teams launching at 10U, 12U, and 14U, players can enter at different stages and continue developing within one shared standard and culture.

Come See What Sisterhood Is Building

Tryouts are planned for late August, with additional sessions in early September if needed. This timing gives families a chance to evaluate their options and find a program that offers stronger coaching, deeper connection, and a more intentional development experience.

Whether your athlete is ready for high-level competition now or still building toward it, Sisterhood is designed to provide a place to grow, compete, and belong.

TRYOUTS STARTING IN JULY 2026

Program Snapshot

Starting Strong in Year One

Sisterhood Softball launches with three teams designed to create immediate structure and long-term opportunity:

  • 10U: A strong developmental foundation centered on fundamentals, confidence, and introduction to competitive play.
  • 12U: A bridge level where athletes continue to sharpen skills while gaining more experience in game situations.
  • 14U: Built to compete at a higher level and help establish the program’s reputation early.
  • 16U: The flagship team for Year 1, built to compete at a higher level and help establish the program’s reputation early.

Two teams at each level. Each roster will include approximately 12 to 13 players, creating a total Year 1 program size of about 72 to 84 athletes.

A Better Way to Develop Athletes

Sisterhood is built to give players consistent, meaningful development throughout the year.

  • Fall competition helps teams build chemistry and establish identity early.
  • Winter training includes twice-weekly indoor sessions focused on team development, positional work, and key skills like pitching and catching.
  • Spring and summer competition continue that progress through practices, tournament play, and structured coaching.

This year-round approach helps athletes improve with purpose instead of simply showing up to games.

Built Together

Community service and leadership are part of the Sisterhood identity. Each team will participate in two to three service initiatives per year, which may include youth clinics, local drives, and community events.

At the older levels, players will also take on leadership opportunities by mentoring younger teams and helping shape program standards. The goal is to develop athletes who compete with confidence and lead with character.

Rooted in Easton. Built for the Region.

Easton offers a strong foundation for a program like Sisterhood, with a well-established youth sports culture, a local recreational softball base, and a natural connection to Oliver Ames High School and the Hockomock League. The surrounding towns of Mansfield, Foxboro, Taunton, and North Attleboro add to a deep and competitive softball talent pool in Southeast Massachusetts.

That makes Sisterhood uniquely positioned to serve families looking for a program that combines player development, competitive opportunities, and a meaningful long-term path.
