RENTALS & LESSONS

Cancellations require 24 hours notice or full payment is due. If 24 HR notice is given you will receive an account balance credit for the amount paid for the service to be used in the future. Please note account balance credits never expire.

Any unpaid balances from rentals/lessons/camps must be paid before scheduling your next appointment

Inside the tunnels- No food/seeds/or gum in the tunnels area

Sneakers and turf shoes are the only footwear permitted

Please respect the facility, place trash in bins, and clean tunnels after use!

DO NOT hit into fences at any time

DO NOT hit into the side net unless there is no one next to you or you have also rented that tunnel. This is for safety and respect of other players

Yellow dimpled balls can be provided when available. First use granted to tunnels with machines.

We DO NOT provide real baseballs & softballs but you are more than welcome to bring your own. There is one bucket of facility baseballs and softballs available on a first come first serve basis. See the front desk when you arrive for availability.

CAMPS & CLINICS

All session dates/times can be subject to change

Late additions & prorated prices are at the descretion of BNB staff.

No make-ups, refunds, credits will be issued for missed sessions.

If session is cancelled by BNB we will either schedule a make up date based on our availability or may offer lesson credits in place of a make up if we cannot schedule a make up. Monetary credits or refunds will not be offered.
